The Open Science Thesis Prize

Launched in 2024, the Open Science Thesis Prize complements the existing Open Science prizes for research data and open source research software. Like the other two prizes, the Open Science Thesis Prize is included (Opens a new window) in the second National Plan for Open Science, as a mechanism for highlighting open science practices.

The Open Science Thesis Prize aims to showcase open science practices among doctoral candidates. It seeks to bring to light open science skills and to recognise their contribution to the quality of theses.
